THE WEEK RUNNING UP TO THE EVENT
Only Masters competitors shall not climb at Energiehaven the week prior to the competition to keep everything fair for everyone. We have another facility in Utrecht, Boulderhal Zuidhaven, that is most convenient to visit during this week.

Climbing at Energiehaven the week prior to the event is possible, but there will be less climbing surface available. The competition wall will be closed starting Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday more parts of the gym will close. Both Kilter Boards and the training area will be available. Energiehaven is closed on Thursday March 2 and Friday March 3.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR VOLUNTEERING?
Volunteers can compete in one of the Recreational competitions at no cost. They receive a free t-shirt and a meal voucher. Want to help? Let us know at management@boulderhalenergiehaven.nl

PRIVACY
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded, and that your name may be broadcasted or displayed.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
Utrecht nearest airport is Schiphol. This is a major international airport served by most airlines including some budget airlines. Approx 40km from Utrecht with a direct train line from the airport. For public transport details see www.9292.nl

GETTING THERE / PARKING
Obviously we're going to be very busy over the Dock Masters weekend, so there will be limited parking available. Some of which belong to other businesses so please respect their signage and keep all exits and entries clear. The best scenario would be that you cycle, get the bus or train down. If this isn't possible, then please try to share a car. Please follow the directions of our parking attendants.

NOT FOR PROFIT
Ticket sales will cover just over half of the costs associated with running such a big competition. We try to aim towards not losing too much money organizing this event. Good sponsoring will make the entry fee go down. We do it because we want to give something back not only to our customers but to the competition scene in the Netherlands. This event will attract not only the best climbers in the Netherlands but also from Europe and further abroad. Watching semis and finals should hopefully get you even more psyched about your own climbing!

Whether you compete or just watch the show, we hope you really enjoy your weekend at Dock Masters 2023!
